Refund and Payment Policy for skovo educations

1. Our Philosophy on Payments and Quality

 

At skovo educations, we are fundamentally committed to providing services and educational content of the highest quality. We believe in the tangible value of our courses, counselling, and materials.

Our payment policy is built on this foundation of trust and quality. We do not encourage or facilitate automatic cancellations or refunds, as we believe our services deliver on their promise. All purchases are considered final.

However, we stand behind our content with a 100% Quality Guarantee. If you purchase an eligible service and genuinely find that the content provides no value, you may be eligible for a refund by following the specific "Quality Guarantee" process outlined in Section 4 below.

 

2. General Payment Terms

 

2.1. Payment Processing: All payments for services ("Services") must be made in full at the time of purchase to secure your enrollment or appointment. We utilize secure, third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) to handle all transactions. skovo educations does not store your full credit or debit card information.

2.2. Service Activation: Access to all digital content (such as pre-recorded courses) and the confirmation of all live counselling appointments is contingent upon our receipt of your full payment.  

2.3. Applicable Charges: You are responsible for paying all fees for the Services you select, as well as any applicable taxes (e.g., GST) or transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

2.4. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any third-party payment processing fees or administrative charges associated with your transaction are non-refundable, even in the event a refund is approved under our Quality Guarantee.  

 

3. Policy for Live Services (Career Counselling, Parent Counselling, Tutoring)

 

This section applies to any service that is delivered live, one-on-one, or in a group, either in-person or online.

3.1. No Refunds for Rendered Services: Fees paid for any live session that has already been completed are strictly non-refundable. Once the service has been delivered, the sale is final.

3.2. Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy: We operate on a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to protect the time of our expert counselors and other clients.

  • To Cancel or Reschedule: You must provide written notice to contact@skovo.educations at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full 100% fee for the session.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session ("no-show"), you will be charged the full 100% fee for the session.

  • In all late-cancellation or no-show scenarios, the session fee is forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Our 100% Quality Guarantee (for Digital Courses)

 

This guarantee applies only to pre-recorded digital courses and content, not to live sessions. If you are genuinely dissatisfied and find the course content "useless" after giving it a fair chance, you may request a refund by adhering to the following process.

4.1. Conditions for Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under our Quality Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your original purchase date.  

  2. Proof of Engagement: You must have completed at least 25% of the course content to demonstrate you have made a reasonable effort to engage with the material.

  3. Completion Limit: You must not have completed more than 75% of the course content. Refund requests are not eligible if you have consumed the majority of the content.
     

  4. No Certification: You must not have downloaded or been issued a certificate of completion.  

4.2. How to Request a Refund (Point-by-Point Process): We do not have an automatic "self-cancel" or refund button. You must follow this manual process:

  1. Submit a written request to refunds@skovo.educations within the 14-day window.

  2. Your request must include: a. The email address you used to purchase the course. b. A detailed, good-faith explanation of why you found the content to be "useless" and how it failed to meet the standards we promised. c. Proof of your work. You must attach copies of all completed worksheets, notes, and exercises from the modules you completed. This is mandatory for us to evaluate your claim.

4.3. Evaluation: skovo educations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to evaluate your submitted materials and written explanation. We will review your proof of work to verify your engagement and assess the validity of your claim. Frivolous requests or those that do not provide the required documentation will be denied.

 

5. Final Provisions

 

5.1. Subscription Services: For any recurring subscription plans, it is your responsibility to manage and cancel the renewal of your subscription. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid for the current billing cycle.  

5.2. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved under our Section 4 Quality Guarantee, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, less any non-refundable processing fees.  

5.3. Policy Modification: skovo educations reserves the right to modify this Refund and Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the new effective date.
