Cancellation Policy
Service Policy & Terms and Conditions 1. Booking & Payment Policy Advance Payment: All bookings (for both offline and online consultancy) must be confirmed with full advance payment. Bookings without confirmed payment will be considered incomplete. Payment Methods: We accept multiple payment options via our secure payment gateway. 2. Consultation Modes Our services are available in both online (virtual) and offline (in-person) formats. Please select your preferred mode at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 12 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of ₹99 will be charged and deducted from your payment. No Show Policy: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided. 4. Refund Policy Cancellations made as per the notice period are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any), or can be rescheduled once free of cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. 5. Feedback Policy At the end of every consultation/session, you are encouraged to provide feedback on our services.
